Haunted?

ok so i think my appartment is haunted seriously and was wondering in any one has ever bought a boat that some 1 died in is that bad karma or does it even effect the prices of boats at all?

Sure, it's haunted! I recommend that you move to some place where people haven't died, but not here in Florida. Plenty of people retire and come here before they die. The whole state is haunted! Try Kansas! I haven't heard that people die on sailboats in Kansas!
