I Am There! Liveboard!

Well folks, I am amongst ya. I moved aboard last Saturday, my first night aboard the 17th. My pickup will soon be a closet and so no. I am at a marina with a shower and a toilet and thankful, insofar that the water system aboard is not up and running + I have not tested the water, am good do a purge. I have a natures head in the bed of my truck but need to rip out the old system b4 install.

I slept the first night in the v berth. I never knwe that there was foam that could be so hard. When I went to bed I grumbled. By morning it was personal, if I find the one responsible for it he is in trouble.

Anyway I now drive around looking for a hotspot to ck e mail and talk to ya'll;nm so here I am out side the libary in Tarpon Springs hitching a digital ride on the Elks Club unsecured wireless. Gonna go provision now. Check you later.

There's no hope for you now. Of course, there would be even less if you were living on the kayak instead of the Mainship.

Congratulations, Mule, Tarpon Springs is one of our favorites. We cruise through there now and then. I think you'll be able to adapt to that V-berth and make it comfortable. 'take care and joy, Aythya crew

Hey Mule! You sure whine a lot for an ex-phone man. Crap, I forgot we're Union and supposed to whine. Hey, it still beats being up a pole or in a splice pit in the dead o' winter! Now, when we gonna have that beer? I assume you'll bringing a nice Florida 12 pack down South?

Congrats, Dude!

congrats, always try one of those mattress toppers for a bit if cash is tight. Which if you are driving around for hot spots, I'm sure it is. Good luck on the upgrades to the boat.

Being in the middle of a re fit, all is temporary. I would think after the refit I will get somethikng more permenate on the internet scene. I am looking at a sling box to watch TV from my home system. Just haven't got around to it yet, so I am holding off on a high speed system.

Next week- weather permiting, the recore of the fly is going to be done. I have a buddy, experienced in fiberglass and out of work to help. Sure beats yard rates. Got a doit yourself yard to give me pier space. Once that is done I will go back to the marina and install the electronics.

Looks like 3-4 5 gallon buckes of resin, coring material, other assorted goodies and a lot of nasty.

Got a shopworn memory foam kingsize mattress lined up for 1/2 price in Fort Worth. there should be enough there to do my boat nose for the v berth.

So much for the update. Later guys
