Arrow IMPORT TAX ON ITEMS IN MEXICO?
Hi ALL!


I am about to venture by car down to Chiapas, MX...and my question is my boat is LEGALLY in MX...TIP paid and all that jazz...


When I am driving down, I intend to bring all the materials nessisary to get the boat moving again (we are redoing chainplates and bottom)...so lots of expoxy, paint etc...


Is there a loop hole to get out of paying the import duties on items that are for the boat repair and will not be "staying" in the country?


I am new to this...and I have never done it before! Thank you in advance!
