If a 1979 O'Day 37 center cockpit, aft cabin would be of interest, there's one here in Jacksonville that I'm familiar with. I helped review it for it's current owner when it was purchased in the Annapolis area. It's currently listed at an attractive $14,500. You may find it cramped if you're looking for a liveaboard for a family of four, but plenty of room for a couple.

Craigslist has a lot of boats, as does sailboatlistings.com (though a lot of those are really old listings, which I suspect are no longer on the market).

You can also use searchtempest.com to search all of the craigslist listings within a specified radius. Makes it a lot easier than going through each area's separate craigslist page.
