Key Largo Live Aboard

Hello,

I am looking to living on the hook for a year or two while my girlfriend goes to school in the key largo. The boat is a Catalina 42, draft 4 ft 10 in; not sure a place like this exists however ideally I would need: 1. a place to park the car 2. a place to leave the dingy onshore 3. a protected area. I was looking at Tarpon Basin near the government center however I don't think I can leave the car there. Any recommendations are welcome!
