Livaboards in Jersey Shore, NYC Area

Looking to purchase a boat to live on in the Jersey Shore area and NYC. If anyone has advice and a favorite marina that info will be helpful in my search.....thanks Mloftus51

My only advice, as a long-time New Yorker is.... by all means locate the marina or whatever BEFORE you buy the boat. Plenty of great boats available at attractive prices, but finding a good, affordable liveaboard location will be much more difficult.
