Liveaboard/DIY marina/boatyard in Massachusetts?

Are there any places to keep a boat in or nearby Massachusetts either on the water or on the hard while doing DIY projects? I'd like to live aboard while I'm at the boat working on it. The boat is a basic boat but the essentials need to be done before she gets wet.

You might try Kazmiera Marina in Haverhill. Little rough-no showers, just a restroom, but electric and water in slips and will let you do most work as long as you don’t grind glass or your boats bottom. I store there winters and like them a lot. Budget friendly and a nice cruise up the Merrimac River from Newburyport.

Thanks. I think I may have a plan to move the boat to my area, but I'm always looking for options.
