Liveaboard Longterm Dockage

I have been keeping the boat at Waterline Marina in Melbourne, Fl & I recommend it for numerous reasons, however I would like to move to either the Vero Beach or Cape Canaveral area & am looking for recommendations for a good ol' boy marina offering reasonable storm protection & as close to $10/ft rates as I can get. Draft is not a problem & I need 37'.

How do you like it at waterline? I'm headed there in about two weeks and plan to stay for a month or two.

You should like it there. Nothing fancy, but at $10/ft it has all you need, is casual, clean, protected, has good people, lots of paved parking & is 1/2 mile from West Marine & Ace Hardware, etc. I am looking for a 36-38' trawler & expect I will be back there when I find one.
