Like I said, I run a small business in the electricity generation business, it's literally a regulated industry and the regulation load it far higher than anything a family marina is subject to. So yeah, I sit in the right chair now, and am also intimately familiar with the regulations marina owners are subject to from my previous life in that industry. How about you?

I do have to tell you what is really annoying is when folks who are not familiar with this specific set of regulations at all and have never run either a marina or a small business in any heavily regulated industry...imply that I'm the one who doesn't understand or know what I'm talking about. If you'd like to compare notes on running companies in regulated spaces, I'd love to. If you haven't actually run such a company or a marina, I don't think its too much to ask to refrain from accusing me of not knowing what I'm talking about, do you?

Oh, I assure you that it's asking too much from this crowd.
