Moving/Sailing Abu Dhabi UAE

In the next few months I plan on moving to Abu Dhabi and living there for a few years. I am considering purchasing a 40 foot plus sailboat, doing the liveaboard thing, pay it off, then sailing it out of there when done. I realize that the boat will very far away from the US as well.
