need a good built-in gas oven

I'm looking for a gas built-in oven, not an oven/range combo. I don't see many choices. Any recommendations? ENO from France makes one, but haven't heard anything about them.

For anyone who can comment, this is the ENO oven:

Probably used on a number of production catamarans.

Re: need a good built-in gas oven

Hi. We have a Delonghi. It’s got a fan but it’s noisy and takes too long to light.
I don’t hate it, but I’ll buy another brand next time. Same for the cook top.
I think the Delonghi is sold under another name plate too.
Our stove is 24” and was easy to change to lpg . Seperate cook top.
Please post what you find and reviews...
Happy trails to you.

Re: need a good built-in gas oven

I have had an Eno Gasgone on my boat for 12 years. It has performed flawlessly. It bakes well also. The only caveat is that I bought the three burner model and the reality is, I can't fit three pots or frying pans on it at the same time. The little third burner is very rarely used.

Parts are easy to find.

Communicating with the French manufacturers is difficult, but their distributors and resellers can be helpful.

Eno and Force 10 are the same company with both brands manufactured in France. Should be a good oven.

Does it have to be marine? or could it be domestic, like Bosch, GE, LG, etc. Most of them make 24" wall ovens.

Thanks for the comments. Will probably use eno, mine is a DIY boat, won't be able to comment for months (and months...).
