You only now signed up with this forum but you have sailed before, or did some tests of potential boats? Have you been on other sailing forums in the past?

Let me be blunt: There are 1000's of posts here and on other forums that discuss your questions about the boat, budget and pet in nauseating detail and opinions from all colours of the rainbow.
I'd suggest you spent a few days just reading those threads and you'll get a first glimpse at the "real" questions you have that people here might be able to answer.
