Northeast Liveaboard Marinas

Does anyone live aboard in Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey (or even in/near Philly on the Delaware)? I would really love some help finding marinas in this area that have liveaboard slips. Any suggestions?

Philadelphia Marine Center allows liveaboards, its right there near "Olde City" on the Delaware river - a great area. Might try Piers Marina next door, too. They both seem to have boats in the water during the winter (brrrrr.)

Philadelphia would be a helluva change from Alaska THATS for sure, but if you're in the mood for something completely different Philly is urban and trendy and there are jobs, kinda. And don't knock the Delaware River, urban sailing can be interesting.

I'm from Philly originally. Ready to roll on back home to the Atlantic. To hear that there are jobs in Philly is a surprise, though.
