Ports open??

With COVID restrictions lifting we are hoping to sail!
We are from the states and are planning to sail our boat from Netherlands (where it is currently) to Spain
Are ports open along the way?

From all the boats coming through here (Andalusia, Spain), none of them had any trouble in either France, Spain or Gibraltar. Whenever some travellers stop by, I ask them. I haven't had any feedback from Portugal, but more likely than not, the ports there are open too.

Best go before they invent the next crisis to fill the news.
