Recommended Liveaboard Marinas @ Key West area

Starting our research on marinas allowing liveaboards... wife's work will be in KW. Marina can be within an hours drive to KW.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mid range pricing / ft

Also... if we have to hook in one of the nearby mooring fields until we find one... wondering if there is Internet wifi to jump on from a tower etc.

I'm in the garrison bight mooring field and use my phone as a Hotspot. Good service with t-mobile (full bars)

I work on software most days so I’m probably going to need a couple of plans since the “unlimited” data plans often get throttled after 10+ GB

Stock Island Marina would be a great long term “marina home” in Key West. A bit further away is Marathon, with one of the best mooring fields in the US. For a marina there, Marathon marina is very nice, with excellent WiFi, a very good restaurant, and a beautiful salt water swimming pool. And will be more reasonable than KW marinas. Good luck with your move.

Key West Yacht Club and Marina is a mile from Stock Island Marina and is cheaper and much quieter. We spent a few months at Stock Island a couple of years ago and we got tired of the hundreds of people wandering up and down the dock looking in our windows. The service was great and the amenities too, but there was no privacy. So we changed to the smaller quieter place, it depends what you want.
White Marlin Marina in Marathon is another off-the-radar place: small, clean and well managed. They are putting in a pool over the summer, too.

Marathon Resort and Marina has a haul-out. And storage on the hard.
