Short term berthing in Greece & Croatia

Hi everyone,
I want to sail in Greece and Croatia this year. My plan is to spend a month sailing and fly home for 6 weeks and continue this cycle for the year. I want to make my way from southern Greece to Croatia so I don't want to have to return to the same marina each time. Does anyone know if it's possible to rent short term berths in marinas in that area?

Also consider dry storage. I haul out for July and August and it is cheaper than monthly rate for a wet berth.

And no Greek ETAPI tax is required when boat is 'out of use' on dry land.

I like that idea, but how do you deal with anti-fouling paint or bottom cleaning strategy?
