Find a private slip behind a house/apt in Lauderdale Los Olas area.... They dont care how long you stay. Ours had a hot tub also..... maybe too hot that far south though..,,?
Harbortown on Merritt Isl is pleasant and has a pool.... well protected from sea issues too...Great restaurant/bar for the $..... long haul to get out to sea though...
