My friend - move over here, to Dubai. Zero personal tax, zero road tax, don't know about properly (not stupid to buy). Excellent roads, petrol is cheaper than water. 300 sunny days per annum. Excellent winter.
Only if you can survive 6 months indoor (35-40 deg C outdoors) and without any sight of nature (sea + sand + idiotic skyscappers).
Big expat community. But not many yankees over here - probably because even if you live and work overseas, you STILL HAVE TO PAY INCOME TAX IN US. Why?

Not sure I would use Sununu as a benchmark.
