Too Much/Didn't Use As Much As We Thought:

Jelly expires quicker than we use it all
Applesauce - bought too much last year but its good till next year, so...
Tinned fruit - fresh was usually available
Soy milk & UHT- doesn't last long and packaging fragile

What We Needed More Of:
TP
Paper towels
Rags
Bacon (pre-cooked, no grease, no refrig needed...)
Cream of Wheat, Grits, Oatmeal
Small notebooks for misc.

Big Expenses That We Haven't Used BUT We HOPE Were a Big Waste of Money...

Med kit
EPIRB
Life Raft
Sat Phone
