I bought my primary residence and a vacation home with ARMs a few years ago. I'm in the process of refinancing them to fixed right now. If you must take the ARM to get into the home you should be able to convert it later. Right now I prefer to have fixed rates.

I just have to let you guy's in on what the team behind the scene has found out about this thread. It seems it is actually Spam. The original poster (Matthew) and diane.jsmith seem to be one and the same and the ISP address is located in India. They're getting clever folks.
