Saw a bunch but didn't think it was a joke.

Re: Annoyances

Same here. If it was not a joke and everybody started picking on your literacy and spelling skills it would have been a free for all I bet.

I'm with boatie - why are you trying to sleep when the wenches are in that mood?

Our books have gotten 5 star reviews on Amazon. Several readers have written "I never thought I would go on a circumnavigation, but when I read these books, I was right there in the cockpit with Vinni and Carsten"

Re: Annoyances

Oh you mean like the old joke:

One night the wife told her husband
"Honey, I don't want the kids to get curious about sex, so from now on when you want to have sex, just ask me "Can I use your washing machine?"

He grumbled but agreed.

A couple of nights later the wife was feeling a little randy and asked:

"Honey do you want to use my washing machine?"

He replied: "No, it was a small load so I did it by hand"

Re: Annoyances

Look, if grinding the wench is bothering you, just load up with pre-ground wench at your nearby store. Not quite as fresh, but very quiet for those sleeping below decks.

Ditto.

My first thought was "I don't remember this guy being such a dumbass."

There is another poster who has the comment, "I don't spellcheck." in his signature. Is that another joke I can't fathom? Why wouldn't ya? Seems more like an "**" than anything else. (Note joke-like mispelling of abbreviation.)

Re: Annoyances

Perhaps a bit of lubrication would help the crew grind the wenches with a little less groaning?

Depends on why they are groaning (or perhaps moaning?)
