Boat Towing In Sydney? (Pittwater Area)?

Hi there,

We are in QLD and are looking for some boat towing services to tow our boat in the water, from Pittwater (NSW) to Brooklyn (NSW). I tried googling and can't really find anything apart from truck towing services. I know that there is one service called 'Bmoore' at Churchpoint but they are not listed on the internet or the pages and only have a mobile number (that I do not know or can not find).

Can anyone give me any details for some water boat towing services around the area please?

Hi and welcome to Cruisers Forum.

My immediate thought was SeaTow but they appear to no longer be with us. And Boat Assist looks to only do Sydney Harbour.

You don't say how big your boat is but assuming it's cruising yacht size you could try asking Brooklyn Marina, Yacht Clubs in Pittwater, and the local brokers if they can help or do they know anyone who can.

I understand that Marine Rescue sometimes do less than totally urgent tows. A generous donation is sometimes mentioned in the same context.

A phone call to Marine Rescue at Broken Bay or Terry Hills may help in pointing you in the right direction.
