Acturally learning the difference explained a lot. I understand now that in the SE you are basically hiring a full time boat worker. I can see in that case a better trust level possible than the Carb verison. But maybe thuis is in a changing mode.

In Kuwait we tend to just sling the marina guys a tip to clean the boats - but as with any staff, they only do as good a job as you train them to do; and they don't really do anything other than clean...
