Can we revive this idea and try again? When and where?

What's wrong with the people of the N.E. coast? You folks are missing out on a chance to meet, and put a face with the screenname. We have had 2 great successful get togethers here in Florida. A good time was had by all, and I am quite sure this fall we will have another oppurtunity to meet.

sneuman,
Maybe you need to offer up some grilling.....BEST WISHES in getting a group together. I promise it will be fun when you pull it off.......i2f

I too am willing, but I just got into town from Trinidad and might have some family 'obligations'. How bout the following Saturday?

FWIW - this was our favorite place to run over to since we lived nearly round the corner and also stored our boat, "Blue Bayou" there a couple of winters. Many times we rode our bikes.

It turns out next Saturday is better for me anyway. That would be the 25th.

Not sure when you were last at the tiki bar and I really don't mean to put a damper on things but mu wife and I went over for a quick dinnier there 2 weeks ago:
1 clam and fry basket, 1 scallop entree, 4 beers = $73.00
We won't be returning.

Out of town for the 25th, but generally interested. If the first one goes well, maybe a quarterly event?
