Crew, from an Owner's Point of View

over the last 25 years and sailing 100 000miles,on three of my own boats and numerous others on deliveries i've probably sailed with 800 plus people as crew for me.
interested in the horror and harmony of new people on board, your home, crew is a nessacary evil unless you are a dedicated single hander or cruising couple.

have made great friends, shared life changing experiances with people that i barely knew 2 weeks before.
by the same token have crossed oceans, with crew, who hated every moment.
