Folks, let's play be the rules. If you don't know the source, the proper citation is "Unknown" or "Anonymous." Linking the quotes to their sources (or acknowledging you don't know) is half the fun.

As an aside: cursive handwriting may not be a "necessity," but it is a sign of a literate, educated, and genteel culture, and I mourn its waning.

The proverb "revenge is a dish best served cold" is often credited to the 18th century novel “Les Liasons Dangereuses”, by Pierre Ambroise Francois Choderios de LaClos; but, as far as I know, doesn’t actually appear in that book.
