A guy from the local towing business told me about the time he was called to retrieve a boat that had gone aground. When asked where the boat was, the stranded captain said "We're on Caution Shoals."

They pulled the graphic for a print ad and sent it out to the printer for a poster and forgot to remove the disclaimer.
