Eg. "Somali prirate" "wookie" "boat bum" "C.L.O.D." "its not easy being green" "sailor" "its complicated" "sea monster" "moderator emeritus" and "moderator......SWMBO emeritus"
Also, when do you go from "registered user" to "senior cruiser" I see a "senior cruiser" at 1200 posts, and then I see a "registered user" at 1500-4000 posts. So is judged by usefulness of posts, time registered to forum, or what??

Re: how do you get those little custom (for lack of a better term) status titles?

You need to click on your "CP" icon which is shown below. Then "edit your details" and the field you want is half way down.

Also don't see it. Perhaps a feature of paid memberships?

You have to be a supporting member. It says so under the "upgrade" choice on the menu bar.

Yeah, that's for all the graduates of the "Choom gang"
