Re: I need a few prayers

Update It doesn't look good the ct scan shows thete are spots in her brain that are dead. She had seizures for 4 hours. She is stuck between normal and a coma. This maybe the reason *she can't breath on her own. We will know more in a couple of days. Thank you all for the support

Please don't give up hoping and praying, Brian. And neither will we. Stay strong for her, and for your baby. And please keep us updated as you are in our thoughts.

Re: I need a few prayers

i woul dask a million and a half awkward questions.
i dislike the position in which you are stuck at present. you and your wife's healthcare personnel ar ein a hard situation.. they are in the telling you of impending doom vs miracle. yes they do happen. just keep at it. they get sued for tellin gyou bad news and they get sued for telling you good news that fails. they will speak from an objective point of view. ask all and any questions that pop into your head. there is no known answwr but they can speak of the situation from their vantage point and current medical possibilities. my info is old. i left the biz in 2005, abruptly, when i was made disabled.
my brother cam eback when kept a thim. i was there for weeks speaking with him and watching donakd duck and bugs bunny and friends while hi sbrain healed in a b=vegetative =state. do not give up. he was kinda fine after all was done.. sometimes, if the injury is in specific locations th e person coes back out of the coma and or vegetative state to live again. it all depends on your persistence and locations of injuries
the worst that will happen is she will have heard you and her baby.
stay strong. there is nothing good or bad can be said that will help you in any way with your survival, or for hers.
keep taljimn gwith her. sound hopeful. play her and your favorite music to and with her. keep strong. keep with her. brin gbaby to see momma. the positivity of baby might help some.

Re: I need a few prayers

captbri,

We never get to know the future, therefore keeping yourself optimistic and sharing that with your good lady is one of the positive things you can do.

Do follow Zeehag's excellent advice, with talking, music, and baby. It can make the difference.

We're hoping for you that it does!

There's no way to give someone a hug over the internet, but just imagine there's lots of us out here who think you deserve a great big one, and to give some to your good lady, too.

Ann

Re: I need a few prayers

Brian, I came late to this thread. I love the kind words and great advice (Zee) that you received. I am sending more positive energy from SoCal for a speedy recovery for May and baby. Keep doing what you are doing, as it is helping in a big way.

Cheers, Bill

Re: I need a few prayers

Such wonderful, amazing news and I am thrilled that you were able to share it with us. The very best wishes and continuing prayers for you, May, and little Sarah. I hope that she will soon be well enough to leave the hospital.

Well we are all very happy to hear of the good news, for sure but don't you think it might be reasonable in today's modern world to be giving some credit and thanks to the hospital, the Doctors and Nurses and all the modern science that has helped this to happen.
