Ice Cream

Ninja bullet.
Frozen berries.
Protein powder.
Long life chilled milk.

Low weight penalty.
Low power consumption penalty. Spins for seconds.

Tastes like ice cream but loaded with fatigued sailors wants if liking the cold texture of icecream.

Re: Ice Cream

You would have loved GITMO.

First they made the water, then it was turned into milk, then it was turned into ice cream. YUM!

Re: Ice Cream

I do this all the time. Not really like ice cream, at least good ice cream, as there is little fat content. More like a thick smoothie or maybe a milk shake depending on the protein powder, but still cool and satisfying.

Re: Ice Cream

I make real ice cream with longlife milk and powdered heavy cream. I use a self-contained machine that has its own freezing unit. It takes 30 minutes of runtime while the generator is charging the batteries. Top tip: add the cream powder to the longlife the night before for a richer blend.

OK...Now you’ve done it. The manatee crew has European coffee, a recipe for crepes and then they read your “ice cream “ post...and I have a mutiny on my hands. They have hidden my money till I deliver the information.
So how do I find powdered cream and what machine makes the best.
You don’t know what it’s like living with this crew.

Interesting. Usually wait until we find heavy cream to make our ice cream.
How much powdered heavy cream do you add to a container (1L?) of ultra pasteurized milk?
