Question Nautical decor - for the home

We have a small collection of nautical nic-nacs around the house. I've made weather stations, we bought a few items at the local flea market etc. One item I'm sort of stumped on what to do with is a 14" bronze propeller. I do have one corner open and was thinking a corner shelf but that's sort of unimaginative. I didn't want to just nail it to the wall, maybe something more like an underwater diarama. Anybody got any ideas on what would look good?

What about mounting it on a nice wood backing and putting a clock in there?
The hands could be free floating, everyone can read hands, who needs the numbers? The shadow effect would be really col too!

From a guy that has over 30 model sailboats displayed in house.
here's my Rainbow, I also have the Shamrock sister ship same scale!

Walking down the shelving isle at Lowe's and it hits me! After a brief discussion with the Admiral (who was payin' for it) we settled on a small shelf with a fake cherry finish. I want to thank those that suggested I bolt the prop on the back of my boat and quit' bellyachin' about the stern drive being busted!

Re: Nautical decor - for the home

Thought this was nice. A little on the expensive side, but worth it to me.
To summarize, they are LED light strips which you can control the color and intensity via mobile device.
