It's an old video. Unfortunately, French offshore lighthouses are all automated now. Kéréon (the one on the video, to the SE of Ushant) was the last one to be manned.

It seems that removing people from these lighthouses was a costly mistake: the crew took care of the gear, which wears out much faster now.
