OMG - went to the web site and clicked through the 20 or so photos. Nearly every one of them had a bizarre or inexplicable feature, one weirder than the next.
Since I don't have a boat at this time, I generally adopt the attitude to not criticize other's boats, reasoning that their boat is better than the one I don't have. But I am not sure that having that boat would be better than none...

Seriously ... unique.
I guess the fireplace with that hi-tech retaining system must be a ventless propane stove.
What stood out the most for me was visualizing myself at the helm, tiller in hand, and seeing nothing ahead but bulkhead. I suppose you have to sit on those little platforms to the side so you can see at least half of what is ahead on the water. Maybe the visibility is not bad if the helmsman is standing.

This is the boat for you if you like quizzical attention in the marina.

Hi,

I noticed this stove.

I wonder what's the fuel used.

The description says it all :

"Characterful lounge area with creative timber features and stain glass."

Now, at least, the builder finished the job. Definitively not always the case for DIY or "project" boats.

It's an alcohol fueled stove. Wast of perfectly good alcohol if you ask me!

And how exactly does that vise work that is mounted horizontally over the right burner? Maybe that allows him to bend heated metal

Well, in fairness to the current owner, they are at least reasonable pictures, which means technically they don't qualify for this thread.

A quirky boat, but kinda homely too. I was on boat that was strangely similar a few weeks back, a lot bigger, around 55 feet. That boat had just completed a circumnavigation of Australia and felt like somebody's much loved home.

Those pictures give me a similar impression.

Either the owner is sharing some of the stoves alcohol, or that is one hellava heavy duty pot holder!

Also it was designed by the great Juan de Fuca. I hear he was a real strait shooter.
