can't tell if you're serious or not. However farmers typially allow 5-20% of the plants (depending on sit.) to continue to seed and the rest harvested.

I can't wait till the end, assuming i make it to the "end of the world as we know it"! Just think of all those rich peoples yachts that will be left abandoned.. and probably with liquor cabinets!

Re: Prepping My Boat for the End of the World

We are not farmers! we are gardeners, we pick the fruit and veggies as they ripen and leave a couple of each on the hardyest plants of each type to go to seed I don't need the amount of seed a farmer would need ! I just need mature hardy seeds !! been doing this for a lot of years and learned it from my grandfather, who was also a gardner not a farmer. I hope this answers your questions??

Sun block ...ye know how things are heating up.

Yeh, I know it makes things slippery but with all that nubile breeding stock ye won't be complaining. Head off all the freckles I now have for not using that stuff!

Re: Prepping My Boat for the End of the World

How're the preparations going? I just heard DHS bought another 750 million rounds of ammo, mixed bag. With the 450 million rounds of .40SW from earlier this year, that's 1200 million rounds in 2012 that have come to my notice. Not sure if they also bought 300 million beercans, but if they do they may be going plinking.

How many lead keels and bronze throughhulls can you get out of 1200 million rounds?
