So the guy goes to lunch meets a Boa constrictor and gets himself ehtt! Or maybe it was some other poisonous snake he offended dropping his loin cloth after lunch in the jungle. Either way maybe it was something completely different.

Not sure where the funny really comes from . There is what needs to be done for me and mine. and there be others with the same idea(s). Like most activities in life there is often a funny side ....whether intended or not

Obviously if someone is sitting on deck with a machine gun I won't be stealing that boat. Not unless it is the only one in town, and I need it to exit Dodge - and in which case I would probably not be trying a head on assault (that's for folks backed by Govt level resources - private sector has always had to be more efficient ).......there are several "funny" ideas that would work - but they seem to be against the rules of CF to get into (definititions of funny can vary) ..........at least at the moment

I was at the marina last night and the gates to the docks were open because no one closed them when they left. The gate to the outside was left standing open and anyone could have walked right in.
Maybe we are our own worst enemy sometimes. My suggestion is a reinforced companionway and grates over your hatches.

The shtf signs are really beginning to emerge quickly.
This "Wall Street" thing seems to be hitting critical mass.

There will always be those on the seas that want to take what you have, but at least you have taken a larger portion of the bad guys out of the equation.
As well as a clear field of fire.

Steve Jobs has passed.

It just goes to show that the path to wealth and innovation starts in your garage, not on the sidewalks outside of Wall Street.

I was at Wall Street today and went through the protest a couple of times.

Mostly a bunch of young kids getting a lot of attention.

Pretty quiet for a protest, by my 1960's standards.
