Ok UAH data September was .25°C above baseline a year ago it was .40°C above 2019 was .45°C above so in the term there is a down ward slant

19. .45
20. .40
21. .25

No. Those figures would be graphed as an upward slant, of declining steepness.

I'm confused.

According to WUWT [& LakeSuperior]:
Tokyo’s mean temperature for September, 2021, was 22.3°C — the coolest recorded September mean in over 30 years.
https://wattsupwiththat.com/2021/10/...-sharp-la-nina

But, according to the WUWT link to JMA. ➥ Japan Meteorological Agency | Tables of Monthly Climate Statistics
Tokyo Monthly mean air temperature (°C): SEPTEMBER
2015: 26.7
2016: 27.1
2017: 26.4
2021: 27.4

I use temperatures, and I start at 1980 and draw a line, straight from that point to a point representing the latest data. It slopes upward.
Worldwide, 2016 was the warmest year on record, 2020 was the second-warmest, and 2011–2020 was the warmest decade on record since thermometer-based observations began.
The analysis by the Global Hydrology and Climate Center at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), and the Remote Sensing Systems (RSS) result in slightly different trend lines, but both trend upwards.

It is correct that the temperature rate of rise is decreasing.

Ok, explanation: when you stated upthread that 1/4 of the 700,000+ US COVID deaths were from reactions to the vaccine, your credibility went from dubious to absent. So there's about nothing from you on any general topic that I'm even willing to consider.

You're welcome to continue to tell us of your boating adventures or discuss boat tech. Subjects where you are highly credible.

Actual fully approved . And the actual fully approved and patented name branded version will not be available for at least 2 years .

Wow, talk about picking a random piece of data. Here is the chart of the temps for the past 130 years (from the same data set). It has some pretty big spikes downwards, but the trend upwards is very much rising.. Up perhaps 2 C.

August and July have similar trends but without the single downward spike that September has.

USA:
Today [August 23, 2021], the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee), for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals.

CANADA:
Both the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines have been given the full authorization, after receiving full Health Canada approval for anyone aged 12 and older on September 16, 2021. Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine will now be known as “Comirnaty”. Moderna’s, meanwhile, has been dubbed “Spikevax”.
