Show Us a Bird's Eye View of Your Digs

Google Earth is a fun little app

I am land locked (for now) Main residence El Dorado, Northern California

Vacation residence, Lake Elsinore, Southern California, don't look too closely, you might see naked people.

The tennis courts from the satellite view at ground level....

Can you guess this anchorage?

Oh I had a look, no images show up on google maps on my end, but I now have your name, the location of your house and your club , details of your car, where you have worked previously plus much more information if I chose to dig around.

Just as well I'm not into stealing identities

Re: Show us a bird's eye view of your digs

Either I would have to go to Catalina Island on someone else's boat, or I'll have to learn anchoring real quick! That looks like a confusing mess. Maybe not as bad looking from water level?

Here's the house I'm in for two more days and the closest marina on the river a few miles away.

Well, I thought it wouldn't be easy. I took my dinghy from the harbor out the Narrows to Colombia Glacier during a weather window.

My old Alma mater....

I was the lucky years, freshman cruise on the old steam turbine Golden Bear, senior year on the medium speed diesel Golden Bear.
