Eating humble pie

For the love of God I stand corrected! I will continue to dislike Barbie though

I'd very much like to hear what others value, please share.

Hey I think pink sails have a use, along with red boats. Freighters will see you!

Values

Gada --

That's a fine list, but honesty in a relationship is more than telling the truth or answering questions accurately - it involves vulnerability and the willingness to volunteer your weaknesses and failures, with the belief that your partner will admire your openness more than they dislike your shortcomings.

It's a terrifying risk sometimes, but always worth it in the end.

And remember - friends don't let friends hoist pink sails.

Yes

Yes John, that is why I pick those values because they grow! Just like a relationship. It's no more a risk than heading out on the great blue sea!!! Just face your fears and decide the amount of risk you are willing to take. Stay on the lake or the bay? Mediocre relationship? Go for the ocean? A stronger more meaningful relationship? It's all your own choice.

With that it seems we've gone full circle so I will offer this about boxes, relationships and the risk of not taking risks....

I love the color pink! Secondary value; must love Dave Mathews!

Also I have seen none of you be "vulnerablle" in the least. Still waitng for all of you to post some of your primary values. If you're a-scared, then just post one. OK so now I'm daring you. I'm calling you out. Perhaps you need time to think about it?

Eryka- the fastest way to pull weeds.

Salty & all- I am not perfect, that is part of the point! Are you really saying that all people here really, really share all my values! We'd all be in love with one another right? Love fest! Basically we'd not be here at all. Stop being turtles! Stretch that neck and tour your thoughts and create your own list and share! Important word there, share. Don't parrot me. If you agree with mine then what would you add to it? Back it up with action. Action speaks volumes! Stick your neck out. Honestly what do you want? What do you expect? What is good enough?

No i think those are cool. Except I like humour the best...and people who are honourable and...and who have good table manners...maybe...except at barbeques.
