Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

A while back I tried to post a picture or file and was unable too. Turned out it was a glitch in CF. I am going to try again to see if the glitch is all worked out. This is my boat as an Attachment, and me as an Insert Image. Cross your fingers this works.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Looks like I didn't come through as an Image but my boat did as an attachment. I can live with that.
Here I am as an attachment. That almost sounds kinky. LOL

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Nia, you drive a Thistle!!! I raced aboard one in Ohio and later owned one, sailing it out of Marina Del Rey. They are my absolute favorite "dingy". Lovely lovely boats and fast!
BTW, your "attachment" is quite charming...

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

I have never been a fan of Thistles. They are too prickly, they made me itch and just an all around obnoxious weed....
But the boat type looks like a hoot!

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Thanks Butler, Helen, that little piece of the NW, Monkey and Coops, and of course Zee... Did I miss anyone?

This little prickly thistle is my first. I am still learning on her, or practicing as Zee says. I have already had one of the most fun days in my life in a glorious leeward failure a couple of weeks ago. So much FUN!!! Now if I could just get regular crew I would be set!

BTW thanks Butler.

I'll try to get more pics Helen. Gives me an excuse to get back out there.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Great pics of the boat (thistle) old scool and you. You should not have trouble rounding up crew if you keep posting your photo.......
