christmas in barra de navidad is supposed to be a good time---come here we can have a goood party --no better reason to party than meeting of friends...

that is the fun part--the winds do blow to here--usually from nw, until summer, when......holy lollipops, batwing, we may have weather..lol..... and golfo de california always has big winds, intermittently, just as you are getting used to the anchorage it is time to go.....here is more laid back and less desert....

we got hit by a chubasco on our way south from ensenada---60kts...hooyaahh...we got 8.4 kts of formosa speed..is a milagro!!!!

lots of gringos in golfo de california, or sea of cortez, as they like to call it...but it is north, and gods so didnt make ius to sail north...look what they did to us for that when we got here.....lol

isla navidad in summer--is tropical and this is just the beginning!!!!!

salty monkey---chango de sal---the lagoon is much nicer---for a 5 star place, there are few amenities, despite being advised we have full wyndham hotel amenities--havent see n any so far, but they think i am beverly hillbillies granny klampett...rodlmao....

blessing of summer here is no one around me at all...lovely!! and GREEEENNN!!!!!!

Hi I am a 55-year-old single guy living in Lake McQuarrie Newcastle Australia. I have just recently purchased my yacht. I would love to meet and affectionate woman who shares my interest in sailing. I want to go off and explore the world in about two years time. I currently have a 14-year-old foster child living with me and still attend school at the moment so I am a bit committed to East Coast Cruising of Australia. I don't live on my yacht yet, it is in a marina berth. I have a couple of years to find my soulmate I hope. Cheers

What instruction page? T'aint there.
Or at least this computer illiterate person can't find it.

No. It is not you. We are all baffled by the invisible joining instructions. I think that it is some sort of aptitude test that the moderator has to only let particularly persistent people onto the thread.

A sort of digital slaying of a dragon before you can meet the princess.

we were getting many strange happenings coming in---so it was modified for difficulty---but, you got here so is good...

isnt for meeting the princess--is for meeting everyone in group and for not being a bot....
