I guess if everything goes according o plans we'll try to keep it (the blog) updated. First off we'll be publishing pictures of the work with replacing part of the main mast, then with installation of a holding tank, a new stove and som old electronics. In early august we'll leave for a 9 week mini cruise to sail 800 miles down the English channel and then back again to Sweden. A total of 1600 miles as the bird flies. Might not be much to you long term cruisers, but we hope to present pictures and stories from cruising grounds that are less known to you lucky bast***s sailing around in crystal clear warm waters

Hampus,

That's a seriously BEAUTIFUL boat!!! And 9 weeks isn't a "training cruise", I'd say a it would be a shake-down cruise, and then, off you go!

Best wishes!

We've been going sooooo slow. Left Sweden in mid july, crossed the North Sea in august and now we're on the Irish east coast. A weather window is aproaching and it looks as we'll be crossing the Bay of Biscay this week and go to Spain. It's getting cold here now and the heater is running almost constantly. Gloves and hat are mandatory for sailing now. Some sun and heat sure wouldn't hurt.
