Tallship Spotted?

I will be the first to admit my eyes are not what they used to be....However... We went sailing today and I thought I saw a "Tallship" on the horizon. Well you pick the descriptor......... Shortship? anyway It was pretty neat!

It looks like a crew of three in that little "tall" ship! Amazing! Is that Delaware River around the Penn's Landing area of Philadelphia?
