Another NEEL sailed into their anchorage...(what are the odds)...

That concept seems to be disappearing from the language. Getting quite common to hear comments like less avocadoes.

On the other hand, I believe the joke was originally worded, "go to the store and get a carton of milk" which could then be a "them".

Being a shameless nit-picker myself, I hope I can post the following without being offensive. I just saw it this morning.

Satan: This is the lake of fiery lava in which you will spend all eternity.

Us: Since we're underground, that is technically magma, not lava.

Satan: You realize that's why you're here, right?
