favourite trick when we were racing was, when passing a competitor close by, to lob a nut or a shackle pin over so such tinkled down on to their deck.

causes enormous angst and consternation...very distracting

Turns out that one can launch a bent split pin quite a long way with a rubber band stretched between fingers. Shot into the sail of a nearby competitor, it will afford long minutes of distraction after it falls to the deck.

Re: The 2021 & 2022 Joke Threads

They say 1 million monkeys, with 1 million keyboards, could produce the entire works of Shakespeare.
Thanks to the internet, we now know that's not true.

The CruisersForum is possibly the most environmentally conscious site on the internet.
Nearly 100% of the content is recycled at some point, often several times.

Cunnilingus's Law states "the best way to get the right answer, on the internet, is not to ask a question; it's to post the wrong answer."
Now, we wait ...

There are a lot of scams on the internet ...
For a low, low price of $69, I can show you how to avoid them.

Re: The 2021 & 2022 Joke Threads

My wife is an internet porn star.
She is going to be pissed, when she finds out!

I just read something on the internet, saying that Albert Einstein may not have actually existed!
Turns out, he was just a theoretical physicist.

Q: Why do babies want to use the internet?
A: So they can Google Gaga.

Q: What do you call a potato, that makes videos, for the internet?
A: Youtuber.

Q: If a sex worker does their work entirely online...
... Can they be called an "Internet Service Provider?"
