Finally, having spent some time in South Africa, I came across two unusual terms there.
" just now" and "now now"
When asked for an explanation " just now" is meant to convey a time between 5 and 10 minutes and "now now" is meant to convey a time span of 10-30 minutes, or maybe it's the other way around.
Either way, neither expression means " now"
