Pedantic puns?

Someone posted that they had just made synonym buns.

I have heard from bear experts that if a grizzly attacks you its for territorial reasons...play dead and he will likely stop his attack, but if a black bear attacks you fight like hell because you are whats for dinner!

Black bears are much smaller and far less aggressive than other bear types, generally speaking

Why, SailRN, you wouldn't be suggesting the putative male is inarticulate? Surely not?

Re: The 2021 Joke Thread

Just possibly being polite, and not wishing to interrupt...

Wasn't there a post recently where a man told his friend he hadn't spoken to his wife in 18 months? Of course his friend asked him why, and the man said he didn't like to interrupt his wife...

See, just politeness.

But then again, I'm not a bird expert.

We remain friends with a girl/lady whom we met back in the Mediterranean who was not only very adept with a tool kit, but 1.5m/5' tall, weighed <40kg/100lb and as a teenager had been a very competent climber & pot-holer. Whenever anyone had one of those 'how the hell do I get in there?' moments, or something broke at the masthead, theirs was the boat that you went looking for.
