Re: The Mallorca Squad

Sister took picture of the boys. Hard to believe they are 12.
Neither travel well. Jerry will fill his travel cage with a rich aroma and thick liquid substance that takes some cleaning.
He does not like cars or boats.
Tom just meows occasionally pitifully........

Not made for sea life.

Re: The Mallorca Squad

So how is the crew all doing?

We might not all be in the Med but our hearts are.

Re: The Mallorca Squad

We are anchored at the Cala Di Volpe bay, Sardinia just off a rather posh hotel we're going to explore in a few hours. It's like a super yacht/mega yacht ghetto just noth of Portisco. Chelsea Clinton was here two days ago on some billionaires yacht, now that she's gone, I can once again say we're living amongst the beautiful people.

Port side view.

Re: The Mallorca Squad

Very pleasant.
Not much of a garden though is it?

And someone in a super yacht is posting their starboard view photo complaining about the unwashed poor people on their Oyster plebs yacht 😝

To them you might as well still be in a Hunter

Re: The Mallorca Squad

We've been enjoying good wx here in Canada. We hosted another pair of English sailing friends for a day who stopped by on the QM 2. It was sad but interesting to hear how the QM 2 handled a MOB. Next week off to Prince Edward Island to a country inn for a culinary get-away. Just enjoying the summer while waiting to get back to Palma. I hear the wx there has been cooler with showers--hope the whole fall isn't that way.

I was reading about the MOB. Always sad and sobering.

Re: The Mallorca Squad

New neighbors today. Looks like they spent a little more for their ocean view than we did.
