That happened at Costco in Seattle already. The guy got a citation for hit and run. Had the guys name right in the receipt.

True Story: I'm a retired cop, when I worked in tough neighborhoods, I carried a sidearm to and from work. Other times too, like after range training. As a former hitch-hiker, I also pick up others when I see them. One day I gave a lift to a burly biker type going west on Long Island. He wanted to go south too, but I was on my way to work, so I let him out at an intersection. As he got out, he grinned and joked "This would be different if I'd brought my gun"
I smiled back and said "No, it really wouldn't"
