Seems fairly reasonable to me.
This "mother" started a fake account to perpetuate an online attack on this transgender person and was nabbed by the police after a complaint was made.

Not heavy handed, but even handed just as they are clamping down on cyber bully amongst school kids.

People who hide behind computers and usernames and spew vitriol, are gutless and need to be held accountable.
