Looks close to shore... wind shifts and you may not have to get your feet wet to welcome them to the neighborhood!

EEEHHHH... The guy is living a total lie!! It is obviously a tanker painted to look cool and expensive. He just wants to get girls.. LOL

Nah, just kidding, pretty cool boat, would love to get a grand tour of the thing. There is obviously a heli-pad in the back section.. All in all, will definitely turn heads. I would also love to hear the total running cost on that monster. Fuel, staff, maintenance, etc...

Looks like Larrys boat. May he brought a couple of maxi's to play with also? I know one of his maxi's is sitting in a barn here in Michigan.

Figure 10 to 14% of replacement cost annually.

Probably worth around USD 290mil in today's dollars.

Superyacht "Rising Sun"

I did some poking around on the Internet, and am 99% certain that it's Larry Ellison's superyacht, "Rising Sun".

They're anchored right off the Four Seasons Resort, and also off Sunshine's Beach Bar. Maybe Larry will stop by for a Killer Bee or two. I should probably wander down there tonight and check out the action!

There was another BIG one anchored here around Christman/New Years that had a helicopter on deck.

For your Viewing Pleasure...

Info from Wikipedia:

"The Rising Sun yacht, designed by the late Jon Bannenberg, and built by Germany's Lürssen, is currently co-owned by Larry Ellison, CEO of Oracle Corporation, and David Geffen. The yacht is the 5th largest in the world with a length of almost 138 meters (453 ft). She reportedly cost over US$200 million to build.
